We collect essential order information including name, delivery address, phone number for delivery OTP, and PAN details strictly when legally mandated by the Government of India for bullion purchases exceeding ₹2,00,000.

2. 256-Bit Cryptographic Security

All data transmissions use TLS 1.3 with 256-bit encryption. Payments are processed through RBI-licensed, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateways. Aurix never captures, stores, or sees sensitive credit card credentials.

3. Zero Commercial Data Sharing

We never sell or commercialize customer data. Information is shared strictly with armed couriers (Sequel / Blue Dart) and insurance underwriters to guarantee physical delivery and transit coverage.
