1. Purity & BIS 916 Hallmark Guarantee

Every piece sold by Aurix is certified 22K (91.6% pure gold) bearing laser-engraved Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) hallmarks including the triangular emblem, 916 purity mark, and 6-digit alphanumeric HUID number verifiable on the BIS Care app.

2. Transparent Gold Bullion Pricing

Gold prices reflect live daily Indian Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA) benchmark rates. All invoices clearly itemize certified net gold weight, benchmark rate, transparent making charges, and 3% GST with zero hidden fees.

3. Insured Transit & Secret OTP Handover

Aurix assumes 100% financial liability until parcels are verified with a confidential One-Time Password sent to the buyer's registered mobile upon delivery via Sequel Secure or Blue Dart Apex.

4. 14-Day Return & Lifetime Buyback Rights

Customers enjoy a 14-day return privilege on catalogue items for a 100% full refund and a lifelong buyback/exchange guarantee based on prevailing 22K benchmark rates.
